FI Group is a dental practice management organization based in Central Wisconsin, built by specialty dentists to support other specialty dental practices. We are a local, family-owned organization (practicing in the same communities we serve on the business side) helping pediatric and specialty dental practices grow while staying true to who they are.

We are proudly not a corporate chain, and we didn’t create FI Group to roll up practices and slap our logo on the door. We believe great dentistry needs autonomy. We meet practices where they are, protect what makes them special, and offer the kind of operational support that actually helps you stay independent.
